Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, 15.18º, 2009

Elaboration: skidded and pressed. Controlled fermentation at 27 º C. Static racking.

Natural wine. Not subjected to clarification or filtration. Neither added sulfites, enzymes nor winemaking additives. Contains no added sulfites.


Tasting notes: cherry color high crown purplish. Aromas of ripe red fruit, with blackberry domain. Cassis and sweet pepper are also a clear presence. More subtly we find memories of cherry compote. The palate has good balance with a slight astringency offset by dominating silky. Its structure contrasts with the mellow sweetness and inviting repeat. Medium persistence, linger in the mouth memories of ripe fruit.
