Cabernet Sauvignon 100%, 14.5º, 12 months in barrel, 2008, DO Penedès

Elaboration: skidded and pressed. Controlled fermentation at 27 º C for 15 days. Static racking.

Natural wine. Not subjected to clarification or filtration. Neither added sulfites, enzymes nor winemaking additives. Contains no added sulfites.


Tasting notes: Ruby color, slightly evolved, slowly tear, clean, middle layer.
The nose is red fruit, black, milk, butter, spicy, earthy, fresh, discreet, fine.
The palate is broad, fleshy, red fruit, vanilla, cocoa aftertaste long, red pepper fruit, smoked. Simplicity, freshness and balance.
