Elaboration: skidded and pressed. Controlled fermentation at 27 º C for 15 days. Static racking.

Natural wine. Not subjected to clarification or filtration. Neither added sulfites, enzymes nor winemaking additives. Contains no added sulfites.

Tasting notes: cherry color slightly evolved, murky.
Intense and inviting nose, red fruit, earthy, sweet spices, oil, rabbit fur, leaves, red pepper, varietal.
The palate is broad, short step, fresh, inviting, red fruit. sweet spices
It's fresh, easy, varietal, interesting.
Ideal with all kinds of red meat, grilled and consistent meals.
